30 Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• Returned in the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Before Using Our Products

Because surfaces, finishes, and materials can vary, we recommend testing all cleaning products on a small, inconspicuous area before full application. Eco Warrior is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use or failure to test products before use.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ecowarriorusa.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ecowarriorusa.com. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue.

Non Returnable Items
